Benguetcorp Resources Management Corporation (BRMC), formerly Benguetcorp Nickel Mines, Inc. (BNMI), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Benguet Corporation. Incorporated on October 2, 2009, BRMC is engaged in sustainable nickel ore production and is headquartered in Barangay Lipay, Sta. Cruz, Zambales. BRMC operates the SCNP.
Established in 1962 as a freight forwarder, which also went into warehousing and equipment rental, AFC underwent a strategic transformation by venturing into the construction business, rebranding to Arrow Freight and Construction Corporation (AFCC) in February 2023. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Benguet Management Corporation, AFCC serves as the general contractor for BRMC in Sta. Cruz, Zambales deploying a fleet of equipment for various operations, including excavators, bulldozers, graders, compactors, loaders, water and dump trucks. Formerly known as Heald Lumber, BMC Forestry Corporation (BFC) was established on April 20, 1934, focusing on sustainable forestry practices. Today, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of BMC, which is itself owned by Benguet Corporation, BFC has become the real estate arm of the Benguet Group.
