The company had its beginnings in 1994 when the Madlambayan family set out to build well-designed and well-constructed houses for the first-time Filipino homeowner. They believed that owning a home – a lovely one – should not be restrictive, and for this reason, they had been devising customizable payment terms for those desiring to be part of their communities.

HTI was registered with the SEC on 21 June 2004, under the name Haus Talk Project Managers, Inc., and the Company’s primary purpose is to build houses, including vertical and horizontal structures. Construction also covers roads, bridges and all kinds of edifices. In connection with the above purposes, the Company enters into all kinds of contracts with builders or consultants and hires architects, engineers, and other personnel to carry on its business. On 7 June 2017, the SEC approved the change in corporate name of the Company from Haus Talk Project Managers, Inc. to Haus Talk, Inc.
