Established in 1979, Monde Nissin Corporation is a Philippine multinational food and beverage company headquartered in Santa Rosa, Laguna, that manufactures, markets, and distributes a diverse portfolio of products including instant noodles, biscuits, baked goods, culinary aids, and meat alternatives across Asia-Pacific and global markets.

Product Portfolio and Brands

The company sells its products primarily under Lucky Me!, SkyFlakes, Fita, M.Y. San Grahams, Nissin, Mama Sita’s, Bingo, Monde, and Dutch Mill brands, as well as under Voiz, Sumo, and Kid-O brand names. The APAC BFB Business consists of three product groups – instant noodles, biscuits and other products (such as beverages, baked goods, and culinary aids), while the Meat Alternative Business sells its products globally under Quorn Foods and the Quorn brand.

International Expansion and Strategic Growth

Monde Nissin Holdings (Thailand) handles the export production and management of instant noodles and biscuits brands such as Lucky Me, Kid-O, Bingo, Monde, and Nissin to more than 50 countries globally, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and North America. In 2015, Monde Nissin acquired Quorn for £550 million, in what was the third largest overseas purchase by a firm in the Southeast Asian nation at the time of the transaction.

Monde Nissin continued to expand by entering into a joint venture deal in 2016 with Nippon Indosari, Indonesia’s largest bread products producer, to create Sarimonde Foods Corporation, which started its operations in the Philippines in 2017. Monde Nissin also formed a joint venture called Monde Malee Beverages Corporation in 2017 with Malee Beverage Public Co. Ltd., a leading juice and canned fruit manufacturer in Thailand, and became the exclusive distributor of Malee branded beverage products in the Philippines.

Public Company Status

On June 1, 2021, the Parent Company completed its IPO and was listed on the PSE under the stock symbol “MONDE”. As a public company, it is covered by the Revised Securities Regulation Code (SRC) Rule 68.
