The company was formerly known as Pryce Properties Corporation and changed its name to Pryce Corporation in July 1997. Operating as a property holding and real estate development company, Pryce Corporation has established itself as a diversified enterprise serving Philippine markets.

The company operates through three segments: LPG and Industrial Gases; Real Estate; and Pharmaceutical Products. Pryce Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the import and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) under the PryceGas brand name in the Philippines. It produces and sells industrial gases, such as oxygen and acetylene, as well as trades in other gases, such as argon, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen. Pryce Corporation owns Pryce Plaza, a convention hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.

In the real estate segment, the company is involved in the development and sale of memorial parks and memorial lots under the Pryce Gardens name; and development and sale of office condominium units. In 1993, the company constructed its first memorial park in Cagayan de Oro city. Thereafter, a memorial park was successively built almost every year in Mindanao. In 1997, Pryce decided to solely focus its talents and resources in the development of more memorial parks. The company owns and operates memorial parks in Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Polanco, Ozamiz, Zamboanga, Davao, Manolo Fortich, Malaybalay City in Bukidnon, Malita in Davao Occidental, Bislig in Surigao del Sur, Alabel in Saranggani, Pagadian City, and Butuan city.

The company distributes and sells pharmaceutical products, such as vitamins and food supplements, and over-the-counter generic drugs. Pryce Corporation is a subsidiary of Guild Securities, Inc. Headquartered at 17th Floor Pryce Center, 1179 Don Chino Roces Avenue Corner Bagtikan Street, Makati City, the company continues to expand its operations and market presence across the Philippines.
