The Company’s growth depends on its ability to attract and retain customers, predict consumer trends, and upgrade its facilities, competing with stores including the SM Group, Metro Gaisano, and Robinsons Supermarket based on product selection, product quality, customer service, price, store location, or a combination of these factors.
The Company intends to continue entering into strategic partnerships and other business relationships with suppliers, tenants, and other business partners to raise its brand awareness and support its growth objectives, developing these relationships to capitalize on further opportunities for synergy and consolidate critical relationships.
