
SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (stock code: SMPH) announced through its premium residential brand, Signature Series, that it will be improving Susana Heights Village to make it a better place for people who live there.
According to a disclosure filed with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on May 6, 2026, the company is transforming common areas in the village to create spaces that are more useful and appealing to residents.
What’s Being Built?
Think of it like renovating your school playground and adding cool new facilities. In the first phase, Signature Series will:

- Build an indoor air-conditioned basketball court
- Create a new fitness gym

Why the Village is Popular
Susana Heights Village became popular again when the company relaunched property lots in November 2025. Many buyers were interested because the village offers large pieces of land where they can build their own custom homes. The lots range from 500 to 900 square meters—that’s about the size of a large house and yard combined.
Jose Juan Jugo, who heads Signature Series as Executive Vice President, said they’re seeing strong interest in premium, low-density developments. “Low-density” means the houses aren’t packed together tightly, giving families more space and privacy.
A Neighborhood Shopping Area is Coming Too
Beyond sports facilities and clubhouses, SM Prime is also planning to build an 8,000-square-meter retail hub within the village. This shopping area will have:
- A supermarket
- Banks
- A medical clinic
- Salons
- Restaurants and dining options
- A café
- A multi-purpose park
Construction of this neighborhood retail strip is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
Location Advantage
Susana Heights Village is located in a convenient spot with direct access to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX). This makes it easy for residents to travel to business districts in Metro Manila and areas south of the capital. The company is also working on improving the main entrance to reduce traffic and make it easier to enter and exit.
