
Alternergy Holdings Corporation (ALTER), a company that builds and operates renewable energy projects in the Philippines, announced that it earned more money in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 compared to the same time last year.
According to a disclosure filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2026, ALTER’s operating revenues increased by 17%, reaching ₱304 million compared to ₱261 million during the same period in 2025.
What Helped Them Earn More?
The main reason for this growth was their new solar power plant called the Balsik Solar Power Plant. This facility can produce 28 megawatts peak (MWp) of electricity and started full operations in January 2026.
This new solar plant alone contributed ₱36 million to ALTER’s total earnings, which represents 12% of all the money the company made during this period.
