Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG), through its affordable housing brand PHirst, has announced the unveiling of a new residential community in General Trias, Cavite called “PHirst Impressions Gen Tri.” According to the company’s disclosure filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 9, 2026, this marks an important expansion for the company in the fast-growing Cavite area.
What is This New Project About?
Think of this like building a new neighborhood where families can buy their first homes. PHirst Impressions Gen Tri is a big piece of land (23.8 hectares – that’s about the size of 23 soccer fields!) located in Barangay Biclatan, General Trias, Cavite. The company plans to build more than 1,500 homes there, with the entire project worth approximately P6.6 billion.
The company held a grand unveiling event on March 7, 2026, called “New Gen Unlocked” where they showed the model houses and amenities to executives, business partners, brokers, and people interested in buying homes.
Why General Trias?
General Trias used to be a quiet residential city, but it has been growing quickly. More roads and buildings are being built, property values are going up, and more businesses are opening. Building on Previous Success
This isn’t PHirst’s first project in General Trias. They previously launched “PHirst Park Homes Gen Tri” in June 2021. That earlier project has been doing well – it’s now 57% complete and already has 707 families living there. This success showed the company that people want to live in this area, which encouraged them to build this new, upgraded community.
What Makes the New Homes Different?
The main house design in this new community is called “Calista,” and it comes in two types:
- Calista End: A 40 square meter house on a 90 square meter lot, priced starting at P3.8 million
- Calista Mid: A 40 square meter house on a 60 square meter lot, priced starting at P2.9 million
Here’s what’s exciting: compared to the older project, these new homes sit on much bigger lots – about 42% larger on average! In the previous development, Calista End had only a 60.5 sqm lot, and Calista Mid had just a 44 sqm lot. The house sizes stay the same (40 sqm), but families get much more outdoor space.
This extra space means families can add gardens, play areas for kids, extra parking, or even expand their homes later as their family grows. The homes are designed so families can easily add more rooms or expand living spaces when needed, without having to move to a new house.
The community will also offer another house model called “Dua,” which is a single-attached home design with more space options.

- Panorama Patch (Outdoor Cinema) – like a movie theater outdoors!

These features are designed to help neighbors meet each other, stay healthy, and have fun together.
