Filinvest Land, Inc. (PSE: FLI), one of the big real estate companies in the Philippines, announced that their home sales reservations shot up by 62% in March 2026 compared to the same month last year. This is according to a press release filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 21, 2026.
What Does This Mean?
Think of sales reservations like when someone picks out a toy at the store and says “I want to buy this one!” In real estate, it means people are choosing to buy homes from Filinvest Land. In March alone, the total value of these reservations reached ₱2.7 billion pesos.
A 62% increase is a really big jump – imagine if you had 10 toys and suddenly you got 16 more. That’s how much faster people are buying homes from Filinvest Land compared to last year.
Where Are People Buying Homes?
The company said the biggest growth came from three main areas:
- National Capital Region (NCR) – This is Metro Manila and surrounding cities
- Central Luzon – The area north of Manila
- Mindanao – The southern part of the Philippines
According to Tristan Las Marias, President and CEO of Filinvest Land, “Our residential performance in the first quarter proves that our products are aligning perfectly with the evolving needs of Filipino homeowners. The record sales we recorded in March reflect the strength of our regional strategy.”
Overall Company Performance
This strong home sales performance helped Filinvest Land’s real estate revenues grow by 6%, reaching ₱3.92 billion in the first quarter of 2026. The company’s total revenues from all its businesses hit ₱6.31 billion, with a net income (profit) of ₱1.10 billion for Q1 2026.
