- There are already schools, hospitals, and other residential communities nearby
- Many people are looking for homes in this area

When Will the Project Start?
CLI is targeting to launch the first phases of the township between 2027 and 2028. This means people might be able to buy homes there in about 3-4 years.

Jose R. Soberano III, who is both the chairman and CEO (the top leader) of CLI, explained that this is a “key step” in expanding the company’s reach. He said they want to bring their style of building quality communities to Luzon, create jobs, and help respond to the needs of Filipino families looking for homes.
According to the announcement, this single transaction won’t significantly change CLI’s financial condition or operations in the near term, meaning the company is stable enough to handle this expansion.
