Filinvest Land Reports 62% Jump in March Sales and 4.5% Revenue Growth to ₱6.31 Billion

Filinvest Land, Inc. (PSE: FLI), a major real estate company in the Philippines, has reported strong business performance for the first quarter of 2026, according to a disclosure filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 15, 2026.

Let’s break down what these numbers mean in simple terms.

What Happened With Their Money?

Think of a company like a lemonade stand, but much bigger. Filinvest Land made ₱6.31 billion in revenue during the first three months of 2026. Revenue is all the money a company collects from selling its products—in this case, houses, buildings, and rental spaces. This amount is 4.5% more than what they made during the same period last year.

The company also reported a net income (the profit they keep after paying all expenses) of ₱1.10 billion. This is like keeping money in your piggy bank after buying supplies for your lemonade stand.

Big Jump in March Sales

One of the most impressive numbers was from March 2026. During that month alone, people reserved (or signed up to buy) ₱2.7 billion worth of properties from Filinvest Land. This was 62% higher compared to March of the previous year—that means if they sold 100 units before, they’re now selling 162 units in the same time period.

According to the company, this growth happened in several areas including Mindanao, Central Luzon, and Metro Manila (NCR).

Selling Ready-to-Move-In Homes

Filinvest Land focused on selling what they call “Ready-for-Occupancy” or RFO properties—these are homes that are already built and ready for families to move into right away, not ones that are still being constructed.

They sold ₱1.7 billion worth of these ready homes, which helped them reduce their unsold inventory (think of it as leftover stock) by ₱4.1 billion. This is good for the company because it means they’re turning their buildings into cash faster.

Tristan Las Marias, the President and CEO of Filinvest Land, explained that these results show their long-term strategy is working, even though some buyers are being more careful about purchasing right now.

How Their Different Businesses Performed

Selling Homes and Condos

The residential business (selling houses and condominiums) brought in ₱3.92 billion in revenue. The strong March sales numbers showed that people want homes they can move into immediately, especially in growing areas outside Metro Manila.

Shopping Malls

Filinvest Land also owns and rents out space in shopping malls. This part of their business grew 17%, earning ₱744 million. Their malls are now 80% occupied (meaning 80 out of every 100 store spaces are rented out).

Their mall called Il Corso in Cebu had 33% more people visiting compared to before—more foot traffic usually means more customers for the stores, which is good for business.

Office Buildings and Industrial Parks

The company rents office space to other businesses, and this brought in ₱1.26 billion. What’s really impressive is that 100% of their office tenants whose leases ended in the first quarter decided to stay and renew—that’s like all your lemonade stand’s regular customers coming back.

They’re also developing industrial parks (large areas where factories and warehouses are built), and there’s strong interest in their 33-hectare project at the Filinvest Innovation Park in New Clark City.

Awards and Recognition

Alongside their financial performance, Filinvest Land received recognition at the 2026 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards. For the third year in a row, they were named “Developer of the Year,” and their CEO Tristan Las Marias was awarded “Property Man of the Year.”

The company also won 11 gold and silver awards for various projects including Somerset Lane, Futura Monte, and several others.
