According to a press release dated May 19, 2026, Top Line, through its subsidiary company called Topline Logistics and Development Corp., signed an agreement with the Lu Do & LuYm Group to use a huge fuel storage facility that can hold about 30 million liters of fuel.

This storage facility is just the first step in building what Top Line calls the “Top Line Energy Complex.” Think of it as a big hub or central place where they can store lots of fuel and then send it out to gas stations and other customers who need it.
The company plans to fix up and improve this facility, and they expect to finish the work by the 4th quarter of 2026 (that means around October to December 2026).
Why Are They Doing This?
Eugene Erik Lim, who is the Chairman, President, and CEO of Top Line, explained that the company is growing. They need more space to store fuel so they can serve more customers. This includes their Light Fuels gas stations and businesses that buy fuel in large amounts.
The bigger storage facility will also help make sure the Visayas region has a steady supply of fuel – this is called “energy security.” It’s like making sure there’s always enough food in the pantry.
About the Partnership
Douglas Luym, Chairman of Lu Do & LuYm Group (the company that owns the storage facility), said he’s happy to work with Top Line on this project. He believes it will help create a better fuel supply system in Cebu and the wider Visayas area.
Future Plans
The companies are also talking about possibly making the facility even bigger in the future, depending on how much fuel people need. If everything goes as planned, this Energy Complex could become the main place where Top Line handles all its fuel operations.
