DigiPlus Reports ₱12.6 Billion Profit for 2025, Gives Out ₱3.8 Billion in Dividends to Shareholders

DigiPlus Interactive Corp., the company behind popular gaming platforms like BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, announced on March 17, 2026 that it earned ₱12.6 billion in profit for the full year 2025. This is roughly the same amount they made in 2024, showing the company stayed strong despite facing some challenges.

What Do These Numbers Mean?

Think of a company’s profit (called “net income”) as the money left over after paying all the bills. DigiPlus earned ₱12.6 billion after covering all their costs for running their gaming platforms throughout 2025.

The company’s total revenues—that’s all the money coming in from their different games and services—grew 12% to reach ₱84.2 billion compared to ₱75.2 billion in 2024. This means more people were using their platforms and playing games.

Why Did Growth Slow Down?

According to the company’s disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, DigiPlus performed very well in the first half of 2025. However, things slowed down in the second half because of a regulatory change. In the third quarter, e-wallets (digital wallets like GCash) could no longer directly access online gaming platforms from within their apps. This meant players had to take extra steps to access the games, which temporarily reduced activity.

In the fourth quarter alone (October to December 2025), the company’s profit dropped 36% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching ₱2.5 billion. Revenues for that quarter were ₱17.3 billion, down 27% from the previous year’s fourth quarter.

Helping the Government

DigiPlus contributed significantly to the Philippine government in 2025, paying ₱34.6 billion in taxes and regulatory fees. This money helps fund public services like schools, hospitals, roads, and other important programs that benefit all Filipinos.

Sharing Money with Shareholders

Despite the challenges, DigiPlus decided to share its earnings with its stockholders through dividends. The company’s Board of Directors approved giving out ₱3.8 billion in cash dividends—that’s 30% of their total profit for 2025.

Each share of DigiPlus stock will receive ₱0.83. If you own stock in the company as of April 1, 2026, you’ll receive this dividend payment on or before April 15, 2026. This marks the third year in a row that DigiPlus has given dividends to shareholders.

The company has 4,570,995,146 common shares outstanding and ended 2025 with ₱23.4 billion in cash. They have very little debt—only ₱745.8 million—which means the company is in a strong financial position.

What DigiPlus Is Doing to Grow

DigiPlus is working on several initiatives to expand and strengthen its business:

Entering Physical Casinos

On November 18, 2025, DigiPlus announced it would invest approximately ₱12 billion (HK$1.6 billion) in International Entertainment Corp., the company that owns New Coast Hotel Manila—a casino resort in Malate, Manila. This investment could give DigiPlus a 53.89% ownership stake, allowing them to combine their online gaming platforms with physical casino operations.

Creating New Games

The company launched two new games in 2025 that were developed by their own team: “Ball Race Philippines” (a digital version of traditional perya ball races) and “In Between Supreme” (a modernized card game). They also added 522 new casino game titles across their platforms.

Protecting Players

DigiPlus introduced the Philippines’ first insurance protection program for online gaming players, partnering with Philippine First Insurance. They also improved their responsible gaming tools, strengthened identity verification processes, and helped co-found the Playsafe Alliance of the Philippines to promote safer gaming practices.

The company expanded payment options through partnerships with Bayad and Pay&Go, and operates 138 BingoPlus retail outlets across the country with 24/7 customer service.

Going International

DigiPlus is preparing to expand beyond the Philippines. They opened a Singapore office, are preparing to enter Brazil’s market, and filed a license application in South Africa with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

Helping Communities

Through DigiPlus Foundation (also called BingoPlus Foundation), the company spent ₱84 million in 2025 on programs that helped nearly 1 million Filipinos (989,072 people). These programs focused on technology education, healthcare assistance, disaster relief, and supporting underserved communities.

Awards and Recognition

In 2025, DigiPlus improved its ranking on the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list, jumping to 223rd place—a big improvement of 259 spots from 2024. The company also received its first 2-Golden Arrow Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors for good corporate governance, earned Great Place to Work certification, and partnered with boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.

What the Chairman Said

DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco explained that despite facing a challenging year with industry changes, the company remained strong because of their platforms, careful management, and the trust of their users. He said they remain optimistic about future growth and are confident in their ability to keep innovating while creating long-term value.

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (stock code: PLUS) is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. The company filed this disclosure as SEC Form 17-C on March 17, 2026. The financial figures mentioned are based on unaudited consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025.
