PH1 World Developers Inc. (PH1), the property division of Megawide Construction Corporation, announced that its booked sales grew significantly in the first six months of 2026, according to a press release dated August 7, 2026.
What Are Booked Sales?
Think of booked sales like when someone reserves and pays for a toy they really want. In real estate, booked sales mean people have committed to buying properties even if the buildings aren’t finished yet.
How Much Did Sales Grow?
PH1’s booked sales reached Php3.15 billion in the first half of 2026. This is more than double compared to the Php1.38 billion they recorded during the same period in 2025. That means their sales more than doubled year-over-year.
Which Projects Sold the Most?
Three property projects were the biggest sellers for PH1:
- One Lancaster Park
- My Enso Lofts
- Lykke
These three projects together made up more than 63% of all sales during the six-month period.
What Are Unbooked Revenues?
The company also reported that unbooked revenues reached Php11.0 billion as of the end of June 2026. Unbooked revenues are like money the company has already earned but hasn’t officially counted yet in their financial reports. This money will be recognized as revenue in the coming months and years.
Expansion Plans: The 4PH Pipeline
According to Gigi Alcantara, President of PH1 World Developers, the strong sales show that people living outside major business centers still want to buy homes. The company is rolling out its “expanded 4PH pipeline,” which is a collection of housing projects.
The first project in this pipeline is called Avesta Residences, located in Imus, Cavite. PH1 recently completed the structure of Tower 1 of this five-tower development. The tower is expected to be finished by October 2026—just about twelve months after construction started. This fast construction is possible because Megawide uses special precast technology, which means parts of the building are made in advance in a factory and then assembled on-site.
More Projects Coming Soon
PH1 plans to launch more expanded 4PH projects within 2026 in these locations:
- Caloocan
- Additional sites in Cavite, including Imus and Dasmariñas
The company’s goal is to build 25,000 expanded 4PH housing units across Luzon over the next two to three years.
